What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 03 calendar days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and packing then we will refund the full order amount. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you receive partial order we will issue full refund if same is brought to our notice within 03 calendar days of receiving the product. Please note that the items must be returned in their original packing and should not have been used.
For orders with multiple items, we do not entertain partial returns, all items in the order have to be returned.
How do I return an order?
All returns are FREE. For all returns, a return authorization has to be taken before you can return the product. Once you decide that product is to be returned then please fill in our Product Return form within 03 calendar days of receiving such product with your order number and such details. Once we receive the return request we will try to reach a decision within 48 working hours. Once the return is authorized you may keep the product ready in its original packing and labels and we will arrange for the free pickup as soon as possible (normally 2 to 4 working days). Once we receive the product we will issue refund through original payment mode. We address returns on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Can I receive a refund if I do not like my purchase?
Our top priority is to ensure that you are happy and love our products, but unfortunately if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return your product within 03 calendar days of the receipt of your items and claim full refund. No questions asked.
Can I exchange the product if I don’t like it with some other product?
We do not offer exchanges, but you can return the product and order a new product which you wish to exchange.
What happens if I want to return the product after return window is closed?
We’re very sorry but we do not accept returns after 03 calendar days.
When will I get my refund for returned order?
Once the reverse pick-up is done and the items reach us then we will initiate the refund within 48 hours. The customer will be notified with an email and an SMS. Refunds will ideally reflect in the customer’s account in next 03 business days.
How much time does it take to dispatch my order?
Once the order is confirmed, it takes us 1 to 2 days to dispatch.
How much time does it take to deliver the order?
We work hard with our logistics partners for faster and timely delivery of your orders. It might take us up to 1 to 2 days to dispatch your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, most of the deliveries are completed within 2-6 business days, depending on your location. What information do you store and are my personal details secure?
We do not store any financial details like credit card, debit card, bank account numbers, UPI IDs etc. We do collect personal data like name, email id, phone number or your delivery address for the purpose of order fulfillment. The details that are captured is kept secure and used only for the purposes of shipping your orders and providing certain order related updates. We never share your data with any third party.
